Cohousing
We support processes that enable people in the second half of life to live together in supportive, community-based housing models.

Cohousing combines private living spaces with shared facilities such as common kitchens, gardens, or living rooms. Residents actively participate in everyday community life, building strong social ties and mutual support networks.

Our work focuses on senior and intergenerational cohousing, including diverse and inclusive community models. We act as facilitators of long-term cohousing processes, combining community work, spatial thinking, and expert knowledge from existing European initiatives.

We actively work towards establishing and developing cohousing projects in Poland.
